Registration

The registration platform is open. Here you can register for the conference: conftool

Early bird registration will be possible until 2013 April 1. Payment is possible via bank transfer (no credit card option). Further details concerning the bank transfer will be given within the registration process.

Deadline for registration and payment: 2013 August 1.

Deadline for uploading final papers: 2013 August 15.

(Final papers must be submitted via conftool, a submission via mail is not possible)

Conference fees
ESREA-members Non-members PhD Students PhD students who have full time positions as lecturers should pay the full conference fee.	290 EURO 350 EURO 130 EURO
The conference fee includes 2 lunches, 6 coffee breaks, reception and proceedings/CD.
Additional: Conference Dinner, September 6	39 Euro

Refund policy

If registration is cancelled before July 1st 2013, 75% of the conference fee is refunded.

Cancellations after July 1st 2013 are not refunded.
