Research interests
Tim Fenkner is working on the DFG-funded research project "How do competitive actors emerge? Socialisation processes in the post-doc phase‘, which is part of the DFG research group ’Multiple Competition in the Higher Education System".
He is doing his doctorate on the theory and methodology of agency, as well as on the politicisation of academics with regard to their own working conditions.
