General Information
Dear students,
We are delighted that you would like to write your thesis in our department. The thesis is a major project that you carry out on your own responsibility. We would like to give you an overview of what you can expect not only during, but also before and after writing your thesis, in order to help you get your bearings and structure your work. Accordingly, we have compiled some tips and advice for you.

Topics
We are looking for students who are interested in writing their bachelor's or master's thesis on the following topics. No prior knowledge of artificial intelligence is required:
- (Generative) artificial intelligence in education: learning objectives, areas of application, challenges and requirements
- Design and evaluation of digitally-based teaching and learning settings with a focus on subject-specific and interdisciplinary learning
- Cross-cutting areas (democracy education, education for sustainable development) at the interface with media education
